One of the highlights of this unique home is its spacious private terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air and the view.
The living room has an elegant and cosy interior decoration that makes it a beautiful space in which to relax, socialize or work.
Move through to the kitchen and you will find a wide variety of appliances and utensils to cook a delicious meal that you can share with friends or family sitting around the dining room table.
The main bedroom has a super comfortable double bed. The second bedroom features a double bunk bed with fresh hotel-quality linens. The bedrooms have ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in.
You can freshen up in the well-equipped bathroom. Towels and toiletries will be provided.
The property will be professionally cleaned prior to your stay.
You will have access to the entire property, and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

Guests will be required to present valid IDs at the time of check-in for registration to the Spanish security authorities.
You may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as most buildings in Barcelona aren’t soundproofed!
Check-in time is at 3 pm. Please note that a late check-in will require the payment of an extra fee as per the following:
- From 20:00hrs: €20
- From 22:00h: €30
- From 00:00h: €40This fee will be collected at check-in and must be paid by card.
Please note that tourists are required to pay a daily fee of €3.30 in Barcelona city and €0.90 in other cities in Catalonia per person towards the city tax. The fee applies only for the first 7 days. Children up to 17 years old, do not need to pay.Please pay by credit card directly at your check-in.
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Please leave the keys on the living room table prior to check out. Do not leave the keys in the mailbox or in the door lock. Guests will be charged for lost keys or lockouts.
