To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we want to share some important details: · Remember to present valid identification documents prior to check-in, in accordance with Spanish security requirements. · Please note that it is possible to occasionally hear noise from neighboring apartments, as most buildings in Barcelona are not soundproofed. · Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you arrive after these hours, an additional fee will apply: from 8:00 p.m.: €20, from 10:00 p.m.: €30, from 12:00 a.m.: €40. This fee must be paid at the time of check-in by card. · A daily municipal tax of €5 must be paid in Barcelona. This tax only applies during the first 7 days, and minors under 17 years of age are exempt from paying it. · Check-out is at 11:00. A charge will be made for damaged locks. · Please note our code of conduct: please respect the neighbours, no smoking, no parties or events, no extra guests, no noise after 10pm and no pets.
